The copper piping for the heating system is now alomst complete. Its fairly complex with multiple connections across 4 different pipe diameters sizes. In total 18m of copper tubing has been used and over 50 elbows , T's and compression fittings. 20 April 2008
First plaster downstairs
We're now doing the first coat of fast set plaster downstairs. You can see the ceiling and wall joints on the picture below. you can also see the small area that the heat pump plumbing is having to fit into. 17 April 2008
The last of the stud walls went in so all the rooms are now complete. The last to be done was the utility room and downstairs bathroom. 12 April 2008

Heat pump plumbing starts
A large mass of copper and brass bit has now been gathered together all that remain is their assembly. 1 heat pump, 1 buffer tank, 2 expansion tanks, 2 pumps, 1 levelling vessel, 3 tundishes, 8 valves. 06 April 2008
First Painting done
We painted the smallest room to see what it looked like after our plastering. Not bad but next time we'll sand in bright light. 03 April 2008
