The sarking is now on. The velux windows have increased from 4 to 7 and the soffits are in place and painted.

The gables with their eaves have been added along with the bridles for the velux windows in the roof. And it's still dry...

The walls, compound beams and roof trusses are now on. It looks like a house.

All the structural timber and walls are now on the site and built. The gables are being made today with the lintels being added later out of c25. Roof trusses got delivered also.

9 cubic metres is used for the pour. Neil Robbie and Gus are here smoothing it off with wooden and steel floats. The phots is 2 hours after the pour and you can walk on it in 5. It will take ~6 month to full go off.

The manifold has been filled and pressure tested so the pipes are then lifted on spacers so they site within the screed.

Each heating circuit is piped back into the manifold prior to pressure testing. The midges were very bad.

This will be a structural slab of 10 cm reninforced concrete. There are 600m of heating pipe to be layed in 7 circuits tie wrapped every 40cm.
